Interesting.

Though would the effect [falling over] be consistent if there was a change in gravity? Perhaps they design their cities/ships to account for this disability and that's why they don't fall over every time they take a step. Perhaps this problem is the reason that they developed their beaming tech.? to get around without exerting undue force, falling over and causing an embarrassing amount of trauma?

DW, methinks has some of the silliest alien composition.
