Yes, I liked the idea of remakes but only when they were original and true to Rose's character not just copying and pasting (which I loathe!). In fact, the bits where I had to go back and get the show's dialogue (the dancehall bit) was the most tedious and boring part, I really don't know how others could stand it!
And I don't hate Martha. I respect her and I think it cheapens her and Rose to expect them to be the same.
