He has the potential to be extremely adorable (have you read maychorian's Entertaining Angels? I rec heartily if you want adorable Cas. It's aww worthy stuff.)
But I will never get this image of him sticking his tongue out, cross-eyed, out of my head.
I loved that my cracked out brain thought of that spontaneously as I was writing. I made myself laugh.
