I think any crossover can either be tricky or relatively easy depending in the author and the way they think. I love it when I read something that connects two things plausibly and in a way that hadn't occurred to me. [And I always love proving people wrong. *grin* Am a bit of a smug brat.]
If anyone knows more than the doctor it would be Aslan. Not book stuff but real knowledge and wisdom. And Aslan created Narnia it shouldn't be that big of a step to think that he could help restore the TARDIS.
*laughs* Sounds a bit like a comic. And, since I'm such a shameless shipper, at almost any other time he would be with rose or Rose and Jack and I didn't want to work with that chemistry [it's exhausting!]. So, yeah.
