OMG CAS TWO GALLONS? Geezle! *pets him* I feel that Castiel would absolutely have no way of regulating himself if he ever found something he liked this much. For instance, he likes to stare at Dean and obviously he overdoses on that, so...this is proof that you're story is real if Cas discovers a love of coffee.
