“I can’t believe you,” Rose gasped out in between gulps of desperately needed air.
The Doctor adopted that innocent ‘who me?’ expression that was extremely effective when coupled with his new face.
Rose shook her head in amusement, all pretense of annoyance torn away with the high levels of adrenaline her body was coming down from.
“Only you,” she chuckled with a hint of fond exasperation.
“What?” The Doctor questioned with his customary (practiced) expression of bewilderment.
“Only you could promise building snowmen on Alameara and deliver a herd of Abominable Snowmen out for our blood!” Rose couldn’t help but start to laugh at the insanity of it all.
“The politically correct term is Yeti,” The Doctor sniffed with an affected pompous manner.
Rose rolled her eyes at his antics (which, as always, he ignored).
“Try again?” he offered
Rose’s expressive mouth curved into that brilliant smile of hers.
It was all the answer he needed.
