Integra had an unbelievable amount of self-control, but even she had her limits.
The young woman was shy, blushing and chirpy. The perfect example of a cheerful Japanese girl. The perfect example of everything Integra was not.
“Ano…Hellsing-sama, Eriol-san did not mean harm.”
Eriol-san deliberately baited my vampires for his own amusement and now Alucard pesters me daily for permission to play with the “little sorcerer.”
“We cannot condone such actions, Miss Kinomoto. Also, I am under orders by the Queen to hold Mr. Hiiragizawa until further notice. She wishes for him to learn a lesson: that he is under the same restrictions as any other British citizen, his gifts and talents do not exempt him from the law.”
Sakura Kinomoto frowned for the first time since entering Integra’s office.
“I understand and agree, Hellsing-sama. I do not ask for Eriol-san’s sake. Only,” she paused uncertainly. “I am concerned that he would use his gifts to cause problems for you and your people.”
Integra had thought of that as well.
“What other option is there?”
Sakura’s emerald eyes blazed. “Turn him over to me.”

Alucard would love to go against someone who was any kind of a challenge to him, methinks. And Eriol is devious/powerful enough to be that person
