Giles looked over to meet General Hammond’s eyes.

They shared a moment of complete commiseration.

“I think,” Giles began, “That this might have been a mistake.”

Hammond grimaced. “I find myself in complete agreement with you, Dr. Giles.”

Giles began to polish his spectacles frantically. “Our groups, independent of each other, are constantly in the midst of danger--”

“They’re always getting in and out of trouble all right,” Hammond agreed.

“Perhaps we should not have let them meet?”

Hammond looked resigned. “I think the damage is done.”

Giles regarded the spirited conversations between SG-1 and the Scooby Gang.

“Oh dear.”

On the other hand... training at the SGC will never be the same again, after they get to watch Giles and Buffy train with broad-swords, staffs... you name it.

Although I do suspect Jack will thoroughly enjoy throwing knives at Buffy. :-D
