“Yeah, Xan?”
“I love you.”
“…”
“Just thought you should know. Seeing as I’m about to be castrated, killed and my body desecrated by your family.”
“MOM! UNCLE JACK AND UNCLE T ARE TRYING TO KILL MY BOYFRIEND!”
“Are they justified?”
“NO! He just kissed me under the mistletoe!”
“That that wasn’t a kiss! That was--that was something you shouldn’t be doing. Ever!”
“I’m not a little kid anymore, Uncle Jack! I’ve even had mpgh!”
“Cassie? Sweetheart? Let’s not finish that sentence. It wouldn’t help. Might even prolong the torture.”
“Cassandra, we must speak to your suitor to ascertain his worth.”
“Maybe we should calm down. I think Cassie might stop talking to you if you hurt her boyfriend.”
“Yeah! Total silent treatment, Uncle Jack!”
“You promise? I know you‘ve said it before but you never seem to go through with it and I‘m always so disappointed.”
“Hey!”
"Put 'em away boys. You can threaten my daughter's boyfriend after dinner."
“Erm…thanks ma'am.”
“For?”
“For getting them to put away the weaponry aimed at very sensitive parts of my anatomy?”
“They’re still within easy reach.”
“Ah.”
“Come in. We can grill you over dinner.”
“Figuratively…right?”
“…”
“Right?”
“Calm down, Xan. I won’t let them hurt you."
"Thanks, sweetie."
"And Xan?”
“Yeah?”
“Love you too.”

Are you writing in this universe anymore? It seems like you haven't written in almost a year. I would love to see more. I gotta keep my precious SG1 alive somehow!

This universe? The Cass/Xan? No, I did this as a request for someone.
I do still write in SG-1 a little, but not as much as SGA.
